雅思写作分为两个部分，不同部分有不同的写作类型：
一、雅思写作 Task 1（小作文）
图表类型
柱状图(Bar chart)：展示不同类别或时间段的数据对比。例如，比较不同国家在某一年份的 GDP 数值。
线形图(Line graph)：通常显示数据随时间的变化趋势。比如，某地区过去十年的人口增长趋势。
饼图(Pie chart)：用于表示各部分占整体的比例关系。如一个公司不同部门的预算占比。
表格(Table)：以行列形式呈现数据，需要考生对数据进行分析和描述。例如，不同年龄段人群对某种产品的消费情况。
流程图(Flow chart)：描述一个过程或系统的步骤。比如，咖啡的制作流程。
地图(Map)：对比同一地点在不同时间的变化或不同地点的特征差异。如一个城市在过去和现在的布局变化。
二、雅思写作 Task 2（大作文）
议论文
同意与否型(Agree or disagree)：题目给出一个观点，要求考生表明自己是否同意该观点，并给出理由和论据。例如，“Some people think that it is better to study abroad than in one's own country. Do you agree or disagree?”
双边讨论型(Discuss both views and give your opinion)：给出两种不同的观点，考生需要讨论这两种观点，并给出自己的看法。比如，“Some people believe that it is important to protect all wild animals. Others think that only some wild animals should be protected. Discuss both views and give your opinion.”
问题解决型(Problems and solutions)：提出一个问题，要求考生分析问题产生的原因，并提出相应的解决方案。例如，“Traffic congestion is a major problem in many cities. What are the causes of this problem and what measures can be taken to solve it?”
报告类
原因分析及影响型(Causes and effects/Reasons and results)：要求考生分析某种现象的原因以及其带来的影响。比如，“What are the reasons for the increase in obesity among children? What are the effects of this trend?”
优缺点比较型(Advantages and disadvantages/Pros and cons)：分析某个事物或现象的优点和缺点。例如，“The use of mobile phones has increased significantly in recent years. Discuss the advantages and disadvantages of this trend.”
